What it costs

Invoicing is free. Not a trial, not a limited plan: jobs, customers, invoices, emailing them, marking them paid in cash or by check, photos, statements and crew accounts cost nothing. The free plan includes five user seats, counting you.

If a fee on card payments is ever added, you get 30 days notice by email first, and it would apply to card payments only. Cash, check and emailed invoices stay free.

No ads on your invoices

There will never be advertising on an invoice, a payment page, a statement, or anything your customer sees. Your invoice is your document.

Card payments

If you take cards, you apply for your own merchant account and it is yours. You are the merchant of record, not JobInvoicer — the money moves from your customer to your account without passing through ours. That also means chargebacks, refunds and disputes are between you, your customer and your processor.

Your data is yours

Your customers, invoices and photos belong to you. Ask and you get a copy, or it is deleted. See Privacy for what is stored and who it passes through.

What you agree to

What we do not promise

This is a small operation. The service is provided as it is, without a guarantee that it will never be down and without a service level agreement. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose. If the service ever has to close, you get reasonable notice and a way to export.

Ending it

Stop using it whenever you like and ask for your account to be removed. An account may be closed if it is used for fraud, for sending bulk unsolicited mail, or in a way that puts the service or other users at risk.
